Instructional Design: Leveraging Learning Styles

There are dozens of theories on how learning styles can be broken down, how design approaches can be understood, and therefore how they can be utilized when creating training materials.  All of these theories are valid.  This training explores one of the most simplistic ways to grasp dynamic learning design and how to tap into different ways of processing, the three primary learning styles.  This tried and true method provides clear strategies and tactics that can be easily implemented to enhance any training program.
